Technology

Maarten holds a PhD degree from the TU Delft on dynamic substructuring and as such is responsible for the technology within VIBES. Maarten co-founded VIBES when he came back to Delft from BMW in Munich, where he did his PhD research.

Business Development

Eric runs all commercial activities of VIBES. Prior to co-founding VIBES Eric worked as a control engineer at Ampelmann. Eric holds a mechanical engineering MSc degree from the TU Delft and co-authored several papers in the domain of experimental modeling.

Co-founder / Business Development

Dennis holds a PhD in Engineering Dynamics. His specialties are TPA, Experimental Dynamic Substructuring, Operational System Identification and Experimental Modal Analysis. Dennis is responsible for business development and our partnership with Müller-BBM. Next to that, he is an Assistent Professor at TU Delft, teaching Experimental Dynamics.

Customer Success Manager

Ron graduated as MSc at the TU Munich. There, he focused on structural dynamics and experimental analysis of dynamical systems. For his thesis project at the BMW Group, he applied knowledge to construct a Virtual Acoustic Prototype using TPA and Dynamic Substructuring techniques.

Customer Success Engineer

Eleonora works as Customer Success Engineer. She has an engineering background, holding a MSc. in Aerospace Engineering from TU Delft and a BSc. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bologna (Italy). During her studies, she worked as intern in Daimler AG and Audi AG and she was responsible for composite materials and structures testing.

Jr. Project Engineer

Mario holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Split. Prior to joining VIBES, he was working on a research project and has experience with modal and experimental modal analysis, measurement and analysis of different NVH parameters, programming and 3D printing.

Jr. Project Engineer

Rebecca works as a Junior Project Engineer in our Delft office. She holds a BSc degree from Georgia Tech and an MSc. degree from TU Delft with a focus in parametric and experimental modelling. Prior to Vibes, she interned multiple times at General Motors and Gulfstream Aerospace and has experience with frequency analysis, modal analysis, and validation testing.

Finance Manager

Sanjay is responsible for all things Finance related at VIBES. He brings experience in Finance Management in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Wholesale, Retail, Media and Service Providing industries for companies that were either public listed or privately held.

Finance Assistant

Jens is studying International Business Administration and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and supports the finance department in their daily activities on a part-time basis.

HR Manager

Annika holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Hotel Management from Stenden University. She started in 2020 at VIBES being our first Office Manager. As our HR Manager, Annika is now dedicated to preserve VIBES' company culture and everything else that is important for our people.

Office Manager

Unlike most team members Hanneke does not have a background in Engineering. Instead she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Hotel Management from Stenden University. As our Office Manager, Hanneke is making sure everything is running smooth behind the scenes of VIBES.

Technical Marketing Specialist

Khoi is responsible for all marketing activities of VIBES. Prior to joining VIBES, he has shown experience in various aspects of marketing operations in B2B tech. He holds a Bsc. in Communications and Media, from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Sr Software engineer R&D

Mahmoud is an experienced .NET developer and works in the development team at VIBES. He holds a MSc. degree in Computer Science from the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria and a BSc. degree in Digital Media Engineering major Computer Science from the German University in Cairo, Egypt

Software Engineer R&D

Jelle works in the software development team at VIBES and has prior experience in 3D printing software. He has an engineering background, holding a MSc in Systems and Control and a BSc in Advanced Technology from the University of Twente.

Software Developer

Alberico works in the software development team at VIBES, and has experience in robotics, scientific programming and game development. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from TU Delft, where he researched wave-based cardiac diagnostic methods.

Software Engineer

Kaloyan, from the beautiful land of Bulgaria, finished a BSc in ICT & Software Engineering at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Eindhoven. He worked on various projects, from mobile app development, to brief web development, to back-end architecture design and implementation. Most importantly, his aim is to resolve any problem and have fun doing it!

Software Engineer

Benjamin holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Obuda University in Hungary, focussing on embedded systems and programming microcontrollers. He has gained experience in firmware and worked as a Software Engineer in London, Budapest and the region of Delft.

Ahmed holds a BSc in Mechatronics Engineering from Sana'a University in Sana'a, Yemen and a MSc in Mechatronics and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Paris-Saclay in Paris, France. During his studies, he worked as an intern in the R&D team of the Ansys AVxcelerate Sensors Simulator at Ansys France. He works now as a Software Development Engineer at VIBES.

Software Engineer

Arsenii, from the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, is working as a Software Engineer at VIBES. Having a broad range of experience, from building classic web apps to complex cloud-native solutions, Arsenii has contributed to a multitude of projects spanning diverse domains, gives him wide-ranging expertise. Arsenii's passion for sound engineering perfectly aligns his job with his hobbies.

Software Engineer

Dimitris works in the software development team at VIBES, contributing his valuable experience. Prior to joining, he worked in Delft, gaining expertise in web technologies. He holds a MSc in Computer Science from TU Delft and a BSc in the same field from his hometown of Athens.

UX/UI Designer

Laura is our Catalan-Irish team member with a background in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design. She holds a master's degree in Digital Marketing and Strategic Marketing, as well as a postgraduate degree in UX/UI. After living several years in Ireland, Laura landed in the Netherlands. At VIBES, she will be responsible for improving the user experience of our products.

Product Manager

Jan Hein is responsible for managing DIRAC, as well as our modal analysis and test-based modelling solutions. Prior to joining Vibes, he spent 5 years leading the development of several engineering applications at a leading maritime contractor and worked as a management consultant. He holds an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft.

R&D Engineer

Steven finished his Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions PhD programme on experimental joint identification at the TU Munich. He works with the R&D team to translate academia to practical solutions and to keep innovating our method and software, in order to maintain VIBES' position as thoughtleader in the industry.

Research Engineer

Jelle joined VIBES after completing his master’s degrees in Systems and Control and Biomechanical Engineering at TU Delft. During his master’s degree he gained experience with optimization and system identification methods. As a research engineer, he now uses this knowledge to develop new technologies and implementing them in our products.

Senior Research Engineer

Yeong completed her Ph.D. in the field of human response to vibration at RMIT University, Australia, focusing on developing a human body model for predicting comfort in vibrations. Before joining VIBES, she demonstrated a diverse skill set by working as a research engineer at Aerospace Company (Hanwha) and Mueller-BBM in Korea.

Senior Project Engineer R&D

Mathias is part of the R&D team in a dual role for project engineering and pre-sales. He graduated as MSc as a civil engineer at TU Munich on experimental modal analysis and holds a PhD on numerical methods in the field of vibro-acoustics. Prior to joining VIBES he was project manager for structure bourn sound insulation and was in a managing position at Obermeyer Group.

Senior Project Engineer R&D

Thanks to his various years of experience and expertise in using, supporting and selling dynamic data measurement systems is going to help VIBES to create solutions for integrating Blocked Force, TPA & CTPA and Dynamic Substructuring into state of the art customer workflows.

Co-founder & advisor

Prior to co-founding VIBES, Maarten worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and founded an app development company. Maarten holds a mechanical engineering MSc degree from the TU Delft.
